During Lock Down at the height of the Corona Virus, i provided free hypnobirthing to expectant parents online. As you can imagine, it was very popular and i loved providing this service which helped to reassure many soon to be parents. I have continued to share a little bit of hypnobirthing freely so that all parents can access the benefits.
