Hypnotherapy for weight loss is over 4 sessions and we cover triggers and cravings, emotional eating patterns, mindless eating, portion control and your weight loss goals.
I offer Hypno-Band Weight Loss System for people with a BMI of over 25 and Slim via Hypnosis which is also over 4 sessions.
Both therapies will help you have a healthier relationship with food and also tools to keep you motivated. Weight loss therapy comes with 4 recordings to listen to between sessions as well as literature to help keep you focused.

Weight Loss Therapy is over 4 sessions and includes 4 relaxation recordings, literature and 4 check-ins by email to help keep you focused. Everyone is different and results vary from person to person. Some people may need more sessions. Hypnosis is not a magic wand and so you must be committed to losing weight. It may also be necessary to contact your G.P before starting weight loss therapy.
The first session will be 90 minutes so that a full case history can be taken. During this session we also use hypnosis to start your therapy. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
I use EFT Tapping to help with emotional issues and cravings which can be arranged by booking extra sessions.
