Initial consultation up to 90 minutes £75: Your first session with me will be spent taking a full history of your problem. We will discuss your expectations and the goals you want to work on. If time allows, you will experience a lovely hypnotic relaxation or a tapping taster. Thereafter, sessions are 50-60 minutes at a cost of £60. This includes EFT, Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner. EFT can help with most emotional and physical problems including anxiety, pain, trauma, fears and phobias in a gentle way. Initial consultation £75, thereafter £60 for each 50-60 minute session.

Hypnoband £380 for 4 sessions. A complete weight loss program which consists of 1 x 90 minute session and 3 x 1 hour sessions. You will receive 4 x MP3 recordings and a reflective journal as part of your self empowering work.

Slim via Hypnosis £380 for 4 sessions. A weight loss program which includes elements of mindfulness, CBT, NLP and hypnosis.  This program consists of 1 x 90 minute session and 3 x 60 minute sessions. You will receive 4 x MP3 recordings and a reflective journal as part of your self empowering work.  

 

Stop Smoking Therapy. This is a one off session for people who are invested in their health. The session lasts for 90-120 minutes and the investment is £250. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.

 

Hypnoanalysis up to 12 sessions. This process allows you to bring up unresolved matters, usually from your childhood years so that you can look at them from an adult perspective and hence resolve present day symptoms.  Initial consultation up to 90 minutes £75 thereafter sessions of up to 60 minutes £60.
